FRESH PRAWNS WITH CHILLI SOY SAUCE

This is the easiest recipe on earth! Requires a few staple ingredients from the cupboard and some fresh medium
 sized prawns, and that's it!  This dish is great to eat by itself or served with rice or other stir fry dishes. Sometimes
 at chinese restaurants people order this along with a range of other dishes, or when cooking at home on a lazy 
night, this would be a nice easy option as it only takes a few minutes to make and it can be an extra dish to 
serve to the family. The best part of this is the simple chilli soy sauce, for some reason when the prawns 
are dipped in this chilli goodness, magic happens in my palette. It is so simple but tastes super good!

1. In a pot of boiling water, boil the prawns for 7 min or until orange in colour.
2. Drain and combine all the ingredients for the soy sauce. 
3. Serve hot with dipping sauce!
