EGG AND PRAWN OMELETTE

This dish is the easiest dish on the planet, can be made in 30 mins including preparation time. 
It’s healthy, delicious and really good to eat with rice for a simple home cooked dinner!
 This dish only uses 3 core ingredients! So don’t be afraid to grab that wok and have a go! 
You can’t go wrong either!

  [ I N G R E D I E N T S ]

1 handful of peeled uncooked prawns
4 stalks of spring onion
4 eggs
Pinch of white pepper
Pinch of salt
pinch of sugar

 [ D I R E C T I O N S ]
1. Whisk eggs together in a bowl
2.Cut spring onion into 3-4cm length then add to the bowl with eggs, add sugar and salt.

3. Marinate the prawns by adding white pepper and salt, let it sit for 15 mins.
4. Heat oil in non-stick pan, then add prawns, let it turn brown then remove the prawns then put it in the bowl with eggs.
5. Heat oil in non-stick pan on high heat, add egg and prawn mixture then scramble the prawn in a clockwise direction. 
6. Do not overcook the omelette, should be ready in 1-2mins.
 
7. Serve!

CHINESE TRANSLATION
滑旦蝦仁
材料:急凍去殼中虎蝦8-10只,靑蔥4條,
旦4只,古月粉、鹽、糖各少許。
做法:1)旦去売打勻。
2)切靑蔥3公分長度,加入旦汁內,
放糖、鹽各少許稠味。
3)中蝦溶雪洗凈,抺干,一只蝦切開3段,
加入古月粉和鹽稠味,醃15分鐘。
4)下油易潔鑊,放入蝦炒至九成熟,
盛起,放入旦汁內。
5)再熱易潔鑊,油略多些,用大火,倒下旦汁及蝦等,
順時針方向兜推炒及翻��。
6)炒至旦剛凝固便可。
7)上桌供食。
