This is a Japanese inspired salmon dish! It looks and tastes delicious! It's actually very simple to make and its perfect when served with rice, or when you feel like having a lite healthy meal or seafood craving! I actually thought of this dish when I was back home in Sydney I went to the Sydney Fish markets and got a bit too Greedy and bought half a salmon instead of a few fillets! So with all the sashimi left over this was the perfect dish for it!

1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, vinegar, brown sugar and whisk well until combined.
2. Add salmon to the dish or place everything in a ziplock bag, then refrigerate and marinate for 30 minutes

 3. Preheat a pan with olive oil, on medium to high heat.
4. Remove salmon with kitchen tongs and place on the pan with sufficient space between each piece for flipping, as cooked salmon can fall apart very easily!
5. Sprinkle with a little bit of salt and pepper, then cover with lid and cook for 10-15 minutes, depending on the salmon’s thickness, until opaque and can easily fall apart with a fork.
6. Flip the salmon over after 10-15 min , this is the perfect colour and perfect texture you want on it! Now get the same on the other side
mmmmmmm yummmmyyy
7. Remove and serve immediately! Drizzle generously with the glaze over the top.
8.Then sprinkle with chopped green onions
9. Then sprinkle sesame seeds
DONE
THEN SERVE!!!! I hope you enjoy it !
