PARMESAN STUFFED MUSHROOMS

This is such a delicious and super easy appetizer to make! Only consists of a few ingredients and when eaten the filling melts in your mouth and fills with cheesy mushroom flavour! Perfect for occasions like parties, or even a nice home cooked meal at home served with some steak and mash. You can also use alternative like button mushrooms for a bite size portion!

  [ I N G R E D I E N T S ]

1 packet of button mushrooms or 6 large mushrooms {cleaned}
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Milk
2 cloves Garlic { minced}
1/2  Red Onion {finely diced}
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
200 g Ham
4-5 stalks Fresh Parsley
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt 
Pepper

1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Wash and clean out mushrooms and remove the stalks. Grab an oven tray, cover with foil then place mushrooms upside down and drizzle with olive oil and cover the base also with oil. 
2. These are the stalks removed, then finely dice them.

 3. Dice the ham
4. Finely dice the onion
 This is my herb garden at home in Australia! 
5. Pick a few bunches of parsley, make sure you wash it then finely dice this also.
6. In a saucepan, add olive oil and when the oil is hot, add garlic, onions, ham and cook till onion has softened. Add a pinch of salt. 


7. Pour the ingredients into a mixing bowl, then add breadcrumbs and parsley, as well as milk and mix. You will see the mixture come together.

8. Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture, fill to the top of the mushroom. Crack a bit of pepper on top of each mushroom.
9. Using a sift, cover mushrooms with parmesan cheese. 

10. Place the mushrooms in the oven for 30 mins, or until golden brown on top and mushrooms have softened.

CHINESE TRANSLATION
芝士焗釀大磨菇.
材料:大磨菇 6 只(洗凈)
麵包糠1 杯
牛奶1/2. 杯
蒜頭2 粒(磨碎)
紅洋䓤1/2 個(切碎)
巴瑪臣芝士粉1/2 杯
火腿200 克(切碎)
鮮莞茜4-5 棵(切碎)
橄欖油3 湯匙
鹽、胡椒粉適量
做法: 1)預熱烤爐至220度。
洗淨磨菇去蒂,將磨菇反面放在已鋪錫紙盆上,
掃上少許油。
2) 磨菇蒂切碎。
3) 火腿切碎。
4) 洋䓤切碎。
5) 莞茜切碎。
6) 燒熱鑊下㰖油,加入蒜茸、洋䓤碎、火腿碎及麼菇碎,
灑下少許鹽,同兜炒至熟。
7) 盛起所有碎料,加入麵包糠及牛奶撹勻成饀料。
8) 釀此饀料在磨菇內,灑上黒椒碎。
9) 醸好之磨菇面上灑下芝士粉。
10) 放磨菇入烤爐焗30分鐘,至金黃而磨菇呈軟熟。
11) 可供享用。
