TERIYAKI CHICKEN WRAPS

I love a good midnight snack! For those who always have midnight cravings this is a quick and easy recipe to make at home instead of ordering mcdonald's or something you regret!

4 Chicken Breast strips
4 Pre- made Roti Paratha
3 Stalks of Spring Onion
2 Tbsp Pre- bought Terriyaki Sauce
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

1. Marinate the chicken breasts with Terriyaki sauce, leave to rest for 15 mins
2. Cut spring onion into 2cm lengths.
3. Cook the pancakes on a non stick pan till both sides are golden brown. Take off and rest on paper towels.
4. Brown the chicken and add spring onions. Stir fry till it becomes a terriyaki colour and cooked right through.
5. Wrap the chicken inside the pancakes!
6. Serve!!

CHINESE TRANSLATION

 日照燒汁雞柳薄餅手捲
(四人份)


材料: 雞柳4條,
現成Roti 薄餅4塊
青蔥3條,日照燒汁2湯匙
做法: 1)雞柳用照燒汁稠味,醃約15分鐘。
2)切青蔥約2公分長度。
3)用易潔鑊煎Roti薄餅至兩面金黃,
盛起,備用。
4)下油易潔鑊煎雞柳至金黃及燒汁色至熟,灑蔥段略炒。
5)用煎好之Roti薄餅捲實雞柳,便可供食。
